A typical engagement runs four to twelve weeks. Every stage ends with something written that you can keep, even if you choose not to continue.
We visit, ask questions and read the numbers. You tell us what is really going on, not just what is in the brief.
We find the root causes and set them out in a short written summary, with what we would do and what it will cost.
Together we agree the plan: who does what, by when, and how we will know it worked.
We work alongside your team to put the plan in place, rather than handing over a report and leaving.
We measure the results against the targets and adjust. Many clients keep us on for this stage alone.
